Do You Ever Feel Like You're Spending More Time Managing Your Anxiety Than Actually Living Your Life?

Maybe you wake up and immediately start checking in with yourself.

How am I feeling today?

Am I okay?

Is that anxious feeling coming back?

You try to figure out what's wrong. You replay conversations. You anticipate what could happen. You monitor your thoughts and try to keep yourself from getting overwhelmed.

And even when nothing is particularly wrong, there's this low-level anxiety humming in the background.

Maybe you've gotten pretty good at functioning through it.

You show up. You take care of things. You do what needs to be done.

But underneath it all, you're exhausted by how much energy it takes to manage how you feel.

What if there were another way to relate to your anxiety?

What if you didn't have to spend so much of your life trying to get rid of it, understand it, or stay one step ahead of it?

That's what we want to show you.

Here's What We're Going To Explore Together

✦ Why do I feel anxious even when nothing is actually wrong?

✦ Why can't I seem to quiet my mind, no matter how hard I try?

✦ What if my anxiety is trying to tell me something I've been missing?

✦ What could change if I didn't have to spend so much of my life managing how I feel?

We Want To Show You There's Another Way To Relate To Your Anxiety

Maybe you've wondered:

Why am I anxious when nothing is actually wrong?

Why can't I just turn my mind off?

Why do I keep feeling this way when I've tried so many things to make it stop?

What if I can't trust myself when anxiety shows up?

Why does it take so much energy just to get through an ordinary day?

Or maybe you've become so used to monitoring how you feel that you don't even realize how much of your life revolves around doing it.

What if your anxiety isn't proof that something is wrong with you?

What if it's pointing to something inside you that needs your attention?

What if trying harder to think your way out of anxiety isn't what brings relief?

And what if you could begin living your life without constantly checking, managing, and trying to stay ahead of how you feel?

You don't have to spend your life fighting your anxiety.

And that's what we're going to explore in this free webinar.

What If Your Anxiety Isn't The Enemy?

When Brian first came to me, he wanted help getting rid of his anxiety.

He was experiencing panic attacks and felt like something was terribly wrong with him.

He just wanted the anxiety to go away.

But what he discovered was something he hadn't expected.

In his book, Above All Else, Brian describes his panic as an alarm system for a soul that had been neglected for decades.

What he had initially experienced as the enemy became a messenger—something that was finally getting his attention.

He began to recognize how long he had lived disconnected from his inner world, overriding the signals his body and emotions were sending him in the name of faith, discipline, and productivity.

He had become fluent in endurance, but hadn't learned how to pay attention to what was happening inside.

Through learning The Compassion Method™, Brian began discovering a different way to recognize, comfort, and reconnect with himself.

And eight years later, he's still living and learning The Compassion Method™.

I'm excited to have Brian share his story, what he's discovered along the way, and some of the practical activities that have helped him learn to be with himself differently.

Because I want you to know there's another way to relate to your anxiety, too.

This Is About More Than Getting Rid Of Anxiety.

When we think about anxiety, we often focus on how to make it stop.

We try to think differently.

We try to control our thoughts.

We look for answers, explanations, and ways to make sure we don't feel that way again.

And sometimes, the more energy we spend trying to get rid of what we're feeling, the more disconnected we become from what's actually happening inside.

But what if anxiety is not something you have to fight?

What if it's an invitation to pay attention?

What if you could stop treating every anxious feeling like an emergency that needs to be solved?

And what if, instead of spending your day monitoring how you feel, you could begin to experience more peace, presence, and connection in your everyday life?

That's what I want to explore with you.

Join me for this free webinar and discover a different way to understand your anxiety—and a different way to be with yourself when it shows up.
