The Compassion Methodis the way back to who you’ve always been, all along. It may feel like you’re too broken, messed up, or too late. That’s your triggers or protectors talking. The truth is: you’re all in there and just covered up by pain and unmet needs. Using our triggers as a guide, we wade through our reactive emotions to our tender emotions. We learn to get curious with our pain or unmet need and finally, undistracted and unashamed of our human experience, we get what we need. Layer by layer, we heal and slowly unravel who we’ve been and step fully into the light.
